Michelle does not provide ​cognitive or neuropsychological assessment services.

Michelle’s modalities include Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and Individuals, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Neuroscience-Based Treatment for Complex Trauma, Polyvagal theory, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
